Sales Representative

Reporting to: VP, Client Services

Location: Mississauga, ON

Summary:

As the Sales Representative within a publicly traded, dynamic and growing airborne geophysical surveying company, your role will be primarily to expand and generate sales through new business prospects and existing clients. You will be expected to maintain knowledge of your client's corporate objectives and incorporate these into strategy development for your client accounts.

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, energetic individual who can work independently and in a team environment. Candidates must possess 5 – 10 years of professional experience within a sales related role, a minimum of 5 years of people management, experience and proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite of tools. A science, particularly Earth Science background would be an asset and Mining or Exploration experience will be the preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement all strategies to meet revenue target
• Building strong client relations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Identify market issues and opportunities
• Identify sales inputs required to deliver a quality product to meet the client standards
• Working closely with the Operations group and Processing & Interpretation group to ensure flawless execution and on time delivery of product to clients
• Participate and present monthly Sales Reports at Management meetings

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years experience in sales and people management
• Business degree or equivalent
• Experience in Earth Sciences or Mining Services preferred but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Results driven
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven track record
