Mississauga, ON - May 07, 2008 - Aeroquest International Limited announced today that it has entered into a contract with GX Technology Corporation (a subsidiary of ION Geophysical Corporation) to provide a fixed wing magnetic survey in excess of 100,000 line kilometers in length
in the Banks Island and Beaufort Sea area of the Canadian Arctic. The airborne data collected by Aeroquest will assist IONs seismic programs aimed at delineating portions of the Beaufort-Mackenzie Basin, Banks Basin, Sverdrup Basin and the Arctic Costal Margin in pursuit of hydrocarbon exploration.

| Aeroquest International Announces The Loss Of An AeroTEM Survey System And Updates Its Fleet Count |

Mississauga, ON - February 25, 2008 - Aeroquest International Limited announced today that one of its airborne geophysical survey systems, an AeroTEM III, struck a tree during the course of a survey in Ontario recently.
There were no personal injuries or damage to the helicopter during the incident, but the structure of the AeroTEM system sustained heavy damage.
To date in the second quarter, the Company has also brought one new
AeroTEM III system, one Impulse system and one of Geophexs GEM-2A systems into production and so, as of todays date, the Companys fleet of active systems sits at 23 systems

Mississauga, ON – June 25, 2007 - Aeroquest International Limited today reported financial results for fourth quarter and full year ended April 30, 2007.
“We are very pleased to be able to report record production, record revenue, and the successful establishment of international operations in fiscal 2007.” said Roy Graydon, President & CEO of Aeroquest; “The year just ended was one where Aeroquest met or surpassed most of the financial and operating objectives we set for ourselves and took some significant strategic steps to position our Company for success in the long term.” Revenue for the three month period ended April 30, 2007 was $5.4 million, a 103% increase from the same period last year and a continuation of the revenue growth rates the Company has been experiencing all year. Full year revenue was $19.9 million, up $10.8 million or 118% from the previous year. International revenue accounted for approximately $4.8 million, or 24% of full year revenue, up from zero in the previous year.

The King Lake nickel project is host to numerous, high-grade nickel-copper showings that have returned up to 6.8% copper and 1.9% nickel. The airborne geophysical survey located several strong electromagnetic anomalies on the property including a large conductive zone which measures greater than 400 metres wide by 1000 metres long.

Limited in July of 2006. Multiple, high priority, geophysical conductors were

| Kingsman Resources Inc. commences drilling at Snowshoe |

Kingsman Resources Inc. has begun a winter diamond drill program on the company's Snowshoe property. Drilling will test electromagnetic and magnetic anomalies resulting from last year's helicopter-borne survey by Aeroquest Ltd.
Several AeroTEM II conductors were identified by the Aeroquest survey. All of these conductors are new targets in unexplored parts of the property with minimal or no outcrop. One of the anomalies is situated only one kilometre west of the Phoenix open pit mine, from which over one million ounces of gold and 540 million pounds of copper were historically produced. A second AeroTEM II anomaly is located 2.1 km west of the Phoenix pit. Both of the conductors exceed 200 metres in strike length and trend northward, parallel to the trend of the Phoenix orebody. Both these targets will be drill tested. Several other electromagnetic anomalies in the southern part of the property will also be drilled.

today reported preliminary selected financial results for the first quarter ended
July 31, 2006.
- Revenue for the quarter was a record $4.2 million, an increase of 51% from
the same
quarter last year, and 57% from the last quarter;
- The backlog of contracted, but not flown, survey work has also reached
record levels and
now sits at $6.2 million, up from $2.6 million at year-end. Aeroquest expects
to fly much
of its current backlog in the second quarter of 2007;
- The Company’s financial position continues to improve with no long-term
debt and a
cash balance that now sits at $3.2 million, up from $2.5 million at year-end.
